12 steps to care self-care
A moment about how you treat yourself when you make a mistake or fail to reach a goal, take to think. When things go wrong you have to beat yourself up if you're like most people, a little more self-pity can use in your life. Forgiving and nutrition seem to benefit in it. They even better health, relationships, and can set the stage for the general well-being. So far, the research revealed a number of advantages of self-compassion are. Lower levels of anxiety and depression have been observed in people with high self-compassion. Self-compassionate people recognize when they are suffering in these times are like for themselves, making their own level of anxiety and depression related to lower. Some people naturally come from self-pity, but not everyone does. Fortunately, it is a learnable skill. Several methods have been proposed, among them some training ways are developed to help people to  find their own self-pity to cultivate. Here's a quick boost to your self-pity skills are four ways:
1.      Relax your body. Eat something healthy. Lie down and relax. His own neck, feet, hands or massage. Walk. Anything you can do to improve how you physically feel that gives you a dose of self-pity.
2.      Write a letter to yourself. A situation that caused you pain (a lover, a job loss, a breakup with a poorly received presentation) Think about feel.
